Allow users to share smart lists with other specific users

Administrators can create and share smart lists as templates.  Many of our users have created their own smart lists that they would like to share with their managers or peers.  To do this currently, they need to describe all their filters and sorts so the other user can create the same smart list.  It would be much more accurate and convenient to have a built in way to share the smart list.
