Team members page - alerts for agents who haven't logged on for a while

It would be handy if I could set an alert to me as the admin (or a specific group) and the Agent if they haven't used their licence in a certain period 

EG - after 30 days the licence holder and the selected group will get an email to advise this user has not logged on in more than 30 days
