Zendesk Support SDK - Configure Push Notification with Webhook.

Hi support team.

I'm doing configuration for my app to get push notification when our agent reply to the ticket support to end-user on Mobile app.

I followed this guide link.

Here is my configuration:

 

I'm pretty sure that the mobile SDK has been initialized correctly. But my webhook doesn't get fired when agent reply to a ticket.

Did you ever get an answer from Zendesk support on this issue ?
