Accessing Zendesk Talk audio streams in real time

Hello,

Has anyone been able to access the audio streams from Zendesk Talk in real-time? 

This would allow forking of the audio to a Speech-to-Text service for real time transcriptions which can be used for a wide variety of applications. 

Any experience with this would be appreciated, I'm new to Zendesk.
