Option Feature in Chat Shortcut

I am creating some chat shortcuts and found out that the Option in shortcut does not work. I di contact the Support Team for this and know this is one of the limitations in Chat. I am wondering when this will fix?

      There are currently no plans to support Options through Shortcuts in Agent Workspace. 

      There is a workaround through SunCo shorthands but it is only available in Zendesk messaging.
