Issues in IOS SDK

Hi,

I am using Zendesk for messaging for iOS. I am facing below issues. 

    • User will start chatbot

    • ask any query 

    • it will provide some related article link on chatbot

    issue- view article is not clickable

    • start chatbot conversation

    • select any query topic as shown in recording

    • it will ask user to enter name, email and question

    • user has entered all details

    issue- after entering all details, its scrolling up. User has to scroll down to see details.

Thanks for reaching out. We're not aware of any issues of this nature with the Zendesk SDK for messaging for iOS. For the first point, just ensure that you are testing on a physical device and not the simulator. 

If you believe that there is an issue with this SDK however, please open a support ticket and we'll get you the assistance that you need.
