Feature Request Summary:
Resize the "Description shown to customers" field on the new/edit Ticket Field pages in the Zendesk Admin Center.
Help text (descriptions) on a ticket field can often span multiple lines. On the old Ticket Field admin page, the box provided to agents was multi-line. In the new Admin Center, it is a single line. This makes it harder to see or edit the text within.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is a nuisance issue; now, when working with large descriptions, our admins will need to copy the text from the single-line box into another tool, make edits, then transfer it back to Zendesk. Previously, the box was multi-line and allowed for scrolling, which made it easy to work with directly within Zendesk.
