    Hi Ray! I see you have a couple of posts regarding the customization of your help center. Could you please provide the code that you're using here? Without out, we would have no way of knowing what the issue could be.

    I'm not sure what you were specifically trying to accomplish here, but you duplicated the category/section blocks and have different information in there. You've also put a link to submit a request in an each loop for both sections and categories, which is likely the reason you're having this problem. It's difficult to say for sure how it will break because this isn't something that should be done. 

    Can you explain what you're looking to accomplish here?

    Ah okay. I am trying to have the Knowledge Library and FAQ buttons on one line and submit a ticket under them.

    From a UX perspective, I wouldn't recommend doing that. The center of the display is logically setup for your content, if you place a ticket submission form in the middle of that, it will be confusing to your users. Is there a reason you're looking to move that functionality?

    Some users may not see the little link on the header. Adding a large button would make it easier for them to submit their requests. I do not see how that would be confusing to them?

    Obviously you can design this in any way that feels best to you! I would just say that in my 7 years working here, I've never heard about anyone having issues with that. As a matter of fact, if you look at our marketplace themes, you'll see they keep the ticket submission form in the header, where users would expect it. There might be some ideas that you see to help make it more prominent for you!
