Notify end users that their password is about to expire

One of our clients requested to implement a sending reminder email before being their password expires. Is that possible?

(Background)
The Client had suddenly lost access to Zendesk: about 5 users. This is because we recently updated our policy to 90 day password reset if a user had not logged in.
Are we able to send an email to ask the user to change the password before it expires, or send notification such as expiring in how many days?

Hi Sam,

It appears that end-users do not get any email notification about that change at all. Additionally, they are not prompted to update their password the next time they sign in.

According to the documentation: Changing the password security level"- "If you increase the security level, all passwords, regardless of security level, are set to expire in 5 days." Once the password expires, the end-user will see a prompt to change their password the next time they log in.

As of the moment, it only sends email notifications to administrators and agents three days before a password expires, and then on the day it expires.

I hope this helps! Thank you!
