Chat - How to display custom message

Hi - We are using chat and I have a requirement to post a special message/disclaimer on the pre-chat form. I see where there is the ability to modify the greeting of the web widget, but it doesn't allow for html and is not where on the widget we want to put the text. 

Has anyone come up with a better way to handle modifying the pre-chat form or serving out some some instructions. I don't want to go crazy and use the SDK. Any creative ideas appreciated.
