Recommend help center articles / adding another step

I kindly ask you is it possible to add a question (Was this helpful?) for the end-user after displaying the recommended articles? Selected option Bots > Standard response tab - "Recommend help center articles".

I know how to do it when the recommended articles option is not selected, but it would be very time consuming to manually add keywords and articles to Bot Answer.

I will be grateful for your help!

Unfortunately, it’s not possible, the you will need to manually create bot answers and use the Ask if resolve step to capture end-users feedback.
