Zendesk Web Widget and SDK vs Classic
I need inside my android sdk open chatbot with channelId and after user fill email I must create ticket. 1. ChannelId I can write only in Zendesk Web Widget and SDK? 2. If "yes", how ca I create ticket use Zendesk Web Widget and SDK?
