    Hi Sandeep! At this time, the Zendesk SDK (for messaging) does not support help center articles. It is something that is on the team's roadmap for 2023, but there is no timeline for it at the moment. The recommendation from that team would be to utilize AnswerBot to recommend articles, however those articles will not be deep linked and will instead open in a browser.
