Feature Request Summary: 

Admins need better control to ensure deal value is set correctly. The following is required to achieve this control

• Adding products can be required by admin to create a deal
• Admins can set maximum discount on deal
• Admins can prevent deal value from being set arbitrarily
• Admins can assign some agents permission to exceed maximum discount value, or overwrite deal value

Description/Use Cases: 

Agents have specific instructions on the maximum discount on products. However, sometimes violations happen mostly unintentionally. It was thought that admins have established a safeguard against those mistakes with maximum discount on products. However, some agents accidentally use product discount on deal, which is uncapped and can go up to 100%. Not to mention that products can be disregarded entirely and the deal value can be set directly. The team has to rely on numerous Explore reports to monitor deals and ensure compliance instead of being able enforce the limits upon deal creation. 

Business impact of limitation or missing feature:

Significant revenue loss due to unauthorised discounts being erroneously awarded lacking any restriction or reminder in Sell.
