this service takes too long.
My customers have open support tickets and I can't access them.
My account was always contabilplay.zendesk.com and I paid 9 USD on my card on a recurring basis.
Now I just don't have access anymore.
I want to reactivate this account, everything is configured in zendesk - email firstname.lastname@example.org
All those emails were going to Zendesk Ticket Support and now I just don't have access anymore.
I don't want another account - contbilplay. I want the account I already used, even if I have to pay 25 USD for it for the most basic use.
I await your return immediately, I've been trying to solve a simple thing for over 10 hours.
