Using a different article source for suggested articles in help form
We recently switched off of using Zendesk Guide to host our core documentation and are using something that we rolled ourselves. We are, however, still leveraging Guide to host the support portal where people can submit tickets.
When we made this switch, we turned off the article recommendations that appear in-line in the support form when you are filling out a ticket. We would LIKE to be able to bring them back, but have them search against our new documentation site and then surface the links from there instead. We do have the ability to run search queries over the API against our new site. I'm wondering if anyone has successfully done this before.
