    Yes you can. This is just a DNS setup; you define a CNAME in DNS that points to the Zendesk brand instance - in your case above, probably and

    For your end users, this DNS name will be kept in the Help Center including ticket handling for end users; for your agents, Zendesk will switch to its "native" instance DNS name.
