I am so excited to share that Zendesk has launched a new podcast, which we're calling "Conversations with Zendesk" - hosted by me! 

I hope you'll join me as I have insightful conversations with industry leaders and experts all about how to create the best customer experiences. Most of this season will focus on AI, and the first episode dropped just last week. 

Episode 1 features Jared Loman, VP of Customer Experience at Kajabi, and Cait Keohane, VP of Global Customer Advocacy at Zendesk. We discuss some of the potential business impacts of AI on business and specifically support organizations.
