Client cannot copy and paste on normal UI of Zendesk

Dear support,
when I write my question here (like now) on my end user version, I cannot add the screenshot (ctrl+V).
I need to add it as an attachment and it is not quite convenient.
I can see that previously my colleagues were able to paste the screenshots here directly.
Our IT support told me, it has nothing to do with our computers or internal settings.
Could you please check what may be wrong?

Hi Pedro,
I don't believe this is supported functionality for the text editor here. I'm also unable to copy an image and paste it directly in the editor, whether right clicking and hitting paste, or using ctrl-V.
I think for this scenario you will need to first save the image somewhere, then use the wsywig options above to insert the image directly in to the comment body.
