MessagingSDK capabilities
Hi, we are integrating MessagingSDK into our iOS and Android apps. I would like to ask some questions regarding SDK capabilities.
We need to check
- if user has an ongoing chat
- the moment user or agent ends the chat
Regarding those information, we have some background actions going on.
So how do we get that a conversation is started or finished? Is it possible to finish a conversation completely and begin a new one later (without getting the history from the old conversation)?

- When we were looking at the source code of the SDK we saw a class called ZendeskSDKConversationKit which has a method to fetch existing conversations. Is it possible to use that method from the app and get the current state of the conversation? Is there any documentation about ZendeskSDKConversationKit class and its methods?
- Is there any way to change the bot avatar? I already searched the forum, and I know that it's in the plans. Any improvement on that?
- Is it possible to clear the chat history for authenticated users?
