How to Update Custom Fields Values using Amazon S3 with Appflow

when setting up the appflow, it seems that all of the customers' data in my instance is within the custom fields, which is an object so I can't do a proper mapping of the data from S3 to Zendesk, any suggestions on how to map S3 data to custom fields?

Hey Greg, thanks for looking into this! I did follow this video, the issue is that custom user field appear as 1 object when trying to do the field mapping so I don't know if I can just map each S3 field to the same 1 object and it will provide the necessary result.

Hi Jacky! I have very little experience with AWS, but I did find this video from Amazon that seems to give some direction. Is this helpful or is this missing some key info for you?
