Die Suche liefert oft Suchergebnisse, die nicht zum Suchbegriff passen. Z. B. hier:
https://edlohnhilfe.zendesk.com/hc/de/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=Unfallversicherung
Die Suche nach "Unfallversicherung" bringt als erstes Ergebnis einen Beitrag, in dem das Wort "Änderungen" markiert ist.
Wie kann das sein? Und wie kann ich das vermeiden?

Außerdem weiß ich nicht wie ich den Zendesk Support erreiche. Ich lande immer wieder hier in der Community...? Danke

    I believe your issue needs further checking, and a ticket needs to be created to be handled by one of our German agents. You have 3 options to contact support stated on this article. 
     
    • Option 1: Searching the Help Center and asking your peers in the Community
    • Option 2: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support from within your product
    • Option 3: Contacting Zendesk when your account is unavailable or during an incident
