Hello, We receive calls through Zendesk, but when I add to the DLP section, we encounter an error in the TALK option, and when a call comes in, it doesn't automatically open a ticket on the screen. Is there another site redirection running in the background?
added twiliocdn.com as a category in DLP, it initially fixed the issue, but we are still encountering errors like this.
