How to solve an issue on Jira when the ticket on Zendesk is solved?

Hi!
I have a scenario on which I'd like to solve the issue on Jira whenever I solve the ticket on Zendesk, is it possible?

As you can see above, I can't select Jira status, not sure why.

Hope you are doing well.
I would recommend you to try out a completely decentralized and bi-drectional integration solution like Exalate for an integration between Jira issues with zendesk tickets.
It provides you a Groovy-based scripting engine which is very flexible and customizable. You can map any system, custom fields without any issues.
Additionally, you can map your own statuses 1-1 between these systems.
