Zendesk에서 Gmail 커넥터를 통해 지원 주소를 다시 연결하려면 어떻게 해야 하나요?

I would recommend chatting in with our Customer Care team using the steps in this article: Contacting Zendesk Customer Support
 
They'll most likely need to dig into your account to see why this error is generating.

Hi there! 

 

Im trying to send emails out through ZD sell ( contacts) and I get this error message:

Action Required: lost connection to your email account

Sell has lost connection with your Gmail account through a secure connection (OAuth). Try to reconnect your email.

 

When I click "reconnect your email" it prompts me to put in my gmail, but I shouldn't be putting in my gmail account.
