Zendesk Community Listening Sessions

We want to hear from you about our community!

This year we are planning to make some big improvements to our user community, and to make sure we do it right, we want to hear from you. We invite you to join us for a conversation about the community: what you’d like to see in the community, how you use it, and what you wish were different.

We’ll be hosting several listening sessions throughout the month of May. If you have thoughts you’d like to share about our online user community experience, Sign up for a session here. If you would like to participate, we encourage you to register ASAP as space is limited for each session. If you have any questions, please feel free to comment below, and one of our community managers will reply.
