Zendesk should allow for Agent Workspace UI department names to be customizable, outside of the group name.
Description/Use Cases:
We may want to have a group name like "Partner Systems Support US" but when surfacing it to end-users in our Chat SDK, we want to be more clear like "(US, AT&T) Partner Systems Support".
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
This is a must for our business as we have different names for chat to be clear to our end-users and don't want to have long group names in our systems.

As you pointed out currently we don't support the functionality of display name on support groups, would be keen to understand why we need separate display name in your case?

I tried to highlight the reason in my post: "We may want to have a group name like "Partner Systems Support US" but when surfacing it to end-users in our Chat SDK, we want to be more clear like "(US, AT&T) Partner Systems Support". Trying to expand here, we need the ability to have clear wording to customers without having long group names to our internal users.
