How to setup Notification Emails based on Time of Day?

We work 24/7 and each agent has a specific roster.

Can I setup notification emails (for new tickets & replies to tickets I own) based on a predefined times schedule?

Like I need notification emails only during the hours I work.

Any thoughts?

Hi Vaibhav,

As of the moment, that is not yet possible through automation or triggers. As an alternative, you can create a personalized trigger to send you an email notification and turn off your calendar notification at a specific time of the day so you will not be notified of incoming emails.
