Android Support SDK Does not localize word few Strings on Request Activity

Though 

<stringname="request_message_date_today">TODAY</string>

above resource are configured for other languages, android support SDKs RequestActivity always shows "TODAY" in English. Also locale has been set on the android Main Activity and all the other strings works as expected.
