WD - Business Process Affected Employee Number showing as Metric instead of Attributes

Hello Team - I am trying to get a report of those employees who left and have been separated from the company. 

While doing this I am doing this report I noticed that one of the attributes is missing which is "WD - Business Process Affected Employee Number". All other family attributes are showing but not this one.

Whilst the "WD - Business Process Affected Employee Number" is under metric.

I was told by your chat team that it is because it's a numeric figure hence showing as a metric but who does measure Employee Number? It is not even logical to think that this is a metric.

Also Ticket ID and Employee ID are both numerical but also reflecting under Attribute so it does not make sense at all.

Hope you can transfer this "WD - Business Process Affected Employee Number" to Attribute as this is not a METRIC at all.

you can create your own attribute out of that metric. It's explained here: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049655173-Explore-recipe-Converting-between-metrics-and-attributes#h_c5fd2f99-25eb-4252-8c51-776e2edcd781

I don't think it makes sense either, but at least there's a way around it.
