Improve Zendesk Gather with Email Functionality
We need to customize the emails that are sent out for the Gather module, and to respond to posts via email.
These are critical and basic functionalities that we need on a daily basis. When are you planning to support email features for Gather?

I see two feature requests in here, so let's maybe separate the two.
Please tell us more about what you would like to see happen with the customized emails.
As for replying via email, this is definitely on our radar, and is an issue that we will very likely address in 2020. I also want to point out this post in the product feedback topic that deals with the same request. Probably best to take the conversation about email replies there.
