Exporting Chat transcript

If you have previously exported a chat transcript and then do another later the original email address from the previous export remains.  This field should refresh and be presented each time blank.

If not noticed, this could result in the transcript being sent to the wrong person creating a data breach.

which, in my case has been escalated to our legal team for review and recording.
