Remove 'via zendesk.com' from support address

Hi, how can I remove the 'via Zendesk' tag from emails sent from our support addresses?

      Hi Mark,

      You'll want to take a look at the following article: Allowing Zendesk to send email on behalf of your email domain.

      Once you've set up your SPF/CNAME record, Zendesk should then have the ability to send emails on behalf of your email provider which should then remove the via zendesk.com you're seeing.

      It shows within the reply email address when we send replies to tickets:

       

      I'm aware that this has something to do with adding CNAME records, but looking for detailed instructions on how to do this.
