Can't connect Sell account to Support account

Hello

I am the owner of our Zendesk Support account, and have been given admin rights to our Zendesk Sell account in order to be able to merge them, however, I cannot seem to do so.

When I select the option "No, we don't use Zendesk Support" and enter our Support domain, I just get a red exclamation point and can't proceed.

When I select the option "Yes, we use Zendesk Support and want to connect Sell and Support" and enter our subdomain, I get an error message which says "This job calls for extra help". Following either of the 2 links in the error message just takes me in a loop of the above 2 options.

Please help!
