Change Chat Notification Opening Hours Start/End Sound

    Hi Rina, 
    As I can see you are already on agent workspace, on agent workspace we currently only support incoming chat and new messages. Chat operating hour start and end is no longer provided. For current notifications that are supported you can control the volume level from the chat dashboard.
