Zendesk Talk- Can we get it added on Zapier?
예정되지 않음My issue is I can't find a headset capable of answering Zendesk Talk from the headset. My solution was to program alexa to send a zapier command to zendesk talk to answer. "Hey Alexa, answer zendesk" would trigger zendesk talk to answer.
I was highly disappointed that I couldn't find "Answer Call" under the zendesk app on Zapier nor was Zendesk Talk listed.
It's 2022, all I want to do is click a button on my headset and answer a call.... Seems so simple, yet can't find a solution.

Thanks for taking the time to post on the forum. Unfortunately, this capability is not something that we have on our roadmap at this time. If this changes in the future I will update this post.
Apologies I don't have a workaround for you.
