new language code request ps_AF

Hi,

I would like to request that Pashto Afghanistan (ps_AF) be added as a language code in the Help Center. A customer of ours over here at Transifex is using this code in our system. He is using Pashto (ps) now in Zendesk, but ps_AF would be better.
