Whatsapp Integration - Messages not being received from whatsapp to zendesk
Hey there! Has anyone ever faced this issue?
Ramdomly when some requesters try and send a message to our whatsapp number, their messages get only one check as they're being sent out but not received. In this cases we cannot find any new tickets being created by those requesters, showing that the messages are really not being reveived.
It doesn't happen to all requesters, and it doesn't seem to follow any patterns...
