We are integrating ChatSDKV2 to our mobile apps iOS and Android. To initialize the sdk, we need to provide the accountkey and I found from where to get it (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408825772698-How-do-I-find-my-Chat-Account-Key-) . But the question is why it has to be linked to an agent's profile? Why cant it to be on an account level? What happens if this agent leaves the organisation, this would deactivate the account and app will stop working.
What is the recommended approach here? Or Am I doing something incorrect.
