Support Zendesk not available
We are experiencing problems with our zendesk account. The popup that comes up to contact zendesk support is not loading properly in our environment. There is a transparent box coming over the home menu and ticketview menu which prevents us from working on tickets. It seems to be the chatbot of zendesk itself.
Is there any snapshot that team can refer to, also is problem coming both on the agent and end user experience or only on the agent front.
