Bring back Email Support in addition to Help Bot
Please bring back email support! Having to log into Zendesk in order to request help while waiting for a live agent is simply time-wasting! It is the worst experience ever because I must wait at my computer until the agent shows up, without any indication whatsoever how long the wait is!
And the back-and-forth email-login cycle when I'm tired of waiting for a live agent and receive email with no solution, requesting one to login to see the update, is absolutely depressing and ridiculous! Why can't the email indicate the response?!
I don't believe this support experience was well-tested before email support was canceled and the help bot was mandated and released to the public.
If Email Support isn't brought back soon Zendesk will lose a lot of customers and its business!
Need some clarification, can you please share some more steps or screen shots to get better understanding on the problem?
I hate Z Bot. We are in enterprise and pay an enormous amount of money to have to be forced into the zendesk messaging. I want to email questions in. if I am on a plane and all I have is my phone, I want to send an email in with a question.
