Exclude view reordering from definition of 'last updated'

The Views screen includes rearrangement of views as updates to any displaced views. It would be helpful you could see which Views are very old and unmodified. For example, I was de-cluttering and saw that one of my groups had created 6 group views for tickets from Q4 last year. It would have been helpful to scan using the last updated date, see that they were created and last modified in January. Instead, because another view got moved, this type of "last updated" makes it seem like they were freshly tweaked last week.
