Feature Request: Webhook Time Out Settings - Non Configurable

There's currently a 10 second timeout default for sending to a webhook endpoint that is non-configurable. 

Is it possible to make this configurable in the future as we work with different applications downstream that may take longer to respond to requests? 

Issue: Due to the 10 second time out, Zendesk retries the request causing duplicates in the endpoint system that's already processing the initial request.
