Errors regarding assets missing when uploading a new app

    Hi Gabriel Bereschi,

    You seem to have a multi product app. Did you make sure to replicate the assets for each product as mentioned here?

    A support/chat app assets should be structured as follows:

    - app
    |- assets
    |- support
    |- logo.png
    |- logo-small.png
    |- screenshot-0.png
    |- screenshot-1.png

    |- screenshot-2.png

    |- chat
    |- logo.png
    |- logo-small.png
    |- screenshot-0.png
    |- screenshot-1.png
    |- screenshot-2.png

    Yes, I tried that as well, but I got a simple generic and rather vague error message 

    Am I missing something?

    That error I have not seen before. I recommend contacting Support to have a look at your package.
