Why don't you give us more shortcut keys for the writing tool of the article?
Feature Request Summary:
Shortcut keys for Numbered list, Bulleted list, Align/indent and etc.
Description/Use Cases:
지식창고 문서 서식 지정을 위한 단축 키 – Zendesk 도움말
Zendesk article has useful features for writing. However, some features don't have shortcut keys so it makes writing work slow.
Business impact of limitation or missing feature:
Writing could be a consuming job.
Other necessary information or resources:

Being able to create common UI elements that can be done with straight HTML would be great too. I would love to be able to have the editor create accordions or alert boxes, for example!

My team is not familiar with HTML code at the moment. So they want to use common features on the text editor of Zendesk Guide.
