Make the sign in option on help centre configurable as a basic function available on ALL plans
We are on the Zendesk Suite Team option. It suits our current needs, we have no other reason to upgrade. The frustrating thing however is on the Help Centre, our customers are confusing the sign-in option on the support pages as the same as our sign-in page for our customer self-service portal (where our customers manage their account with us).
There is a 'hack' mentioned on the support pages to edit code within the help centre themes, to disable the sign in option, it's bizarre enough that one would need to hack code to disable a feature that seems quite obvious that an end user should be able to do natively through configuration. But here's where it's most alarming! The only way to even have access to the code edit function for the themes is to upgrade to at least the professional suite. So the price per agent goes from $49US to $99US. That seems outrageous.
Kindly review this feature and the mechanism in which it is offered through pricing.
