  Hi Lais,

  You can create a new category and simply move that section into it. You can't add articles to a category. You can only add sections to a category, so that's your best option.

  Hi Jacqueline

  Thank you for the feedback. That solution wont work for me because I need to be able to add other sections into that category. This is what I have now: (screenshot below) But I need to make that section called Virtual Summits Software User Guide into a category because I need to add several sections inside it and several articles inside those sections... 

  

  Is that possible? Is there an easy way to do this ? Thanks

  You can add more than one section into a category. You just can't add individual articles into a category. What does the structure look like in Guide admin? You can create a new category and drop sections into it is what I was thinking.

  I know thats why I need to transform that Section into a category so I can create different sections inside of it. The item I am referring to is a section but my question is can I transform this section into a category so I can then add different sections to it. Is that clear?

  You should be able to create a category, move the section you want to "transform" under the new category, and then create more sections. If you are saying you want your existing articles to be at category level, you can't do that, unfortunately.

   I dont want to create a category and put that section inside it because the section will remain a section and I will not be able to add more sections inside it. I need to add sections inside that section therefore that needs to become a category in order for me to be able to do that.

  Hi Lais,
  
  This is possible by creating a subsection where you can create a Category > section > section > section > section > section. Each section can have a maximum of 200 subsections in it. Please note that this feature is only available for higher plans. More of this is discussed here.
