Is it possible to put data from an excel document into a custom field?

Hi everyone. I have a unique instance that usually requires a lot of webhooks/etc. I'm trying without success to see if anyone has successfully had an excel auto fill information into a ticket? I have a finance group that is moving to our zendesk instance and have a lot of data and are needing to create new tickets and pull into a custom field and I am at a loss if this is even possible.
