Using the Zendesk Report app in PowerBI I have made a copy in PowerBI desktop and customised it a little for reporting purposes. I would like to be able to report on the number of tickets solved using custom made fields called 'tags' and 'project name'. At the moment when I pull the 'tags' column into PowerBI for example, it only shows the data as [list] and therefore I am unable to drill down any further.
Is there a way to expand this functionality at all?
