Get customized label from rest API

Hi Team

On the ticket creation page, one of our customers has a label for assigneee field as "assign it to me", but by default, we have it as "take it".
So we want to know, how to customize the label on the Zendesk website, and how to get the label for this assignee field using rest API.

Hi Arun, thanks for the screenshot! What I meant by the account translation is that the agent interface for the account made be set to French, but then their browser is translating it to English, thus giving translations that aren't expected. In the screenshot that you sent me, it looks like Tags is being called "Markers", Assignee is being called "Assigned", and the CSS is not aligning correctly. My guess is that they are either using a browser extension that is modifying this for them or it is a translation thing, but I can say for certain that this is not a Zendesk feature, as there is no way that we allow for this to be modified.

I didn't understand the account language translation, can you please explain and please check the attached screenshot

Hi Arun! I'm not sure why they would be seeing "assign it to me", as we do not have any way of letting you customize the agent interface like that. My first thought was possibly that the account language was being translated to English via the web browser, but if that's not it, I'd like to see a screenshot where it has the different text.
